If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice. This allows us to reallocate your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Because last-minute cancellations limit our ability to fill the appointment slot, we ask that you help us serve all clients efficiently.
