Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice. This allows us to reallocate your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellations made with 24 or more hours' notice incur no fees and are fully accommodated at no cost to you.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Because last-minute cancellations limit our ability to fill the appointment slot, we ask that you help us serve all clients efficiently.

A fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged for cancellations received within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

No-Show Policy

If you do not appear for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, the appointment will be marked as a no-show. Out of respect for other clients and our staff's dedicated time, the following applies:

The full service cost will be charged for no-show appointments with no prior notice or communication.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time, provided the request is made within the appropriate window.

Rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more in advance are processed at no additional cost.
